7. DISPUTE – CONSUMER MEDIATION

The consumer customer remains free to accept or refuse recourse to mediation and, in the event of recourse to mediation, each party is free to accept or refuse the solution proposed by the mediator.
In the absence of an amicable agreement, recourse to mediation or acceptance by the parties of the solution proposed by the mediator, the dispute between a consumer customer will be brought before the court according to the rules of common law.
In the event of a dispute between the PEUGEOT Automobile Brand and a commercial customer that is not resolved amicably, referral to a mediator will not be possible and only the courts on which their head office depends will have jurisdiction. This new procedure results from the transposition, since January 1, 2016, of the European directive relating to the extrajudicial resolution of consumer disputes which requires the professional to offer its consumer clients a free mediation procedure accessible by mail or online on the internet.

8. ACCESS TO ELEMENTS
The elements of the Site are accessible via the Internet.
All costs relating to access to the Elements, whether hardware, software or Internet access costs, are the responsibility of the User. The User is solely responsible for the proper functioning of his computer equipment as well as his access to the Internet.

- The User undertakes to:

- not collect and store personal data relating to other Users,
- not harass in any way whatsoever one or more other Users,
- not hinder or disrupt the operation of the Site.

c) are protected by trademark legislation: these are in particular the “PEUGEOT” brand, the “complete stylized lion” brand (representing the AUTOMOBILES PEUGEOT logo) and the brands of vehicle models appearing on the site.
The Elements thus protected are the property of AUTOMOBILES PEUGEOT or third parties having authorized AUTOMOBILES PEUGEOT to exploit them.
Consequently, any reproduction, use, representation, adaptation, modification, incorporation, translation, marketing, partial or complete, by any process and on any medium whatsoever (paper, digital, etc.), of any of the Elements is prohibited without the prior written authorization of AUTOMOBILES PEUGEOT apart from the exceptions referred to in article L 122.5 of the Intellectual Property Code, under penalty of constituting an offense of counterfeiting of copyright and/or designs and models and/or trademark, punishable by the criminal and civil penalties provided for by the applicable legislation in this area.
